A Tennessee native who has lived across the country before returning home with his own family, Bret understands firsthand the decisions families face when relocating, transitioning between homes, or preparing to sell. His approach combines disciplined market analysis with proactive planning, helping clients make confident decisions without relying on speculation or headlines.

By studying the markets he serves daily, Bret provides real-time insight into local trends affecting home values, inventory, and buyer demand. This allows his clients to move forward with clarity and confidence while others rely on outdated or generalized information.

Bret is an award-winning real estate professional with more than a decade of experience and hundreds of successful transactions. In addition to serving clients directly, he has trained thousands of agents across North America and has been quoted in several industry publications.

He holds broker licenses in multiple states and earned his MBA in Finance from the Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University. Bret also holds several luxury real estate designations, including KW Luxury, Guild recognition from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (CLHMS), and LUXE Listing Specialist certification.

Outside of real estate, Bret enjoys spending time with his family exploring the history and landscapes of Middle Tennessee. In 2024, he and his children earned their black belts together in Tae Kwon Do. Bret also supports charitable and community organizations including Feed My Starving Children, Youth4Troops, and The Church at West End.
